Delete Your Account

Mali Up (published by Neuraltale Technology) lets you request deletion of your account and data directly from the app:

1. Open the Mali Up app and sign in
2. Go to Settings → Legal & Compliance → Delete Account
3. Review what will be deleted, check the confirmation box, and tap Delete My Account

Deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone. If you can no longer sign in to the app, email support@neuraltale.com from the address associated with your account, include your Mali Up phone number, and request deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

• All invoices and payment records
• All customer information
• All expense records
• Inventory and stock data
• Account settings and preferences
• Your Mali Up login account (phone number, email, name)

If you used Mali Up as a team member, transaction and audit records controlled by your employer's business may be retained where needed for bookkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Mali Up deletes your login, personal profile, invitations, and access records. Any legally retained information is restricted to that purpose and is not used for marketing.

Signed-in in-app requests are processed immediately. Requests submitted by email are processed after ownership verification and normally completed within 30 days.
